Leo A. Reinikka graduated from the Willamette University Law School in 1970 and practiced law for over 30 years. He spent 11 years as a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service and was in private practice for over 20 years representing people who had difficulties with the IRS and the Oregon Department of Revenue. He helped his clients with IRS offers in compromise, and Oregon Department of Revenue settlement offers. In addition to dealing with the IRS, Leo handled tax and estate planning, real estate, and corporate and business planning.

He was a member of the Oregon State Bar Association, the Washington Country Bar Association, and the IRS Liaison Committee. Mr. Reinikka no longer practices law, but he continues to be on staff as a paralegal assistant to Case & Dusterhoff, LLP for tax and business law issues.
