Benjamin O. Falk
Benjamin O. Falk is a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Federal Court, and the United States Tax Court. He has been practicing law in and around Portland since 2001 and is the Senior Associate Attorney at Case and Dusterhoff, LLP. He is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association (MBA) and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA). Benjamin has dealt with many types of difficult and complex situations. He has achieved great success at resolving extraordinary issues in a reasonable and compassionate manner, using appropriate aggressiveness when necessary. He has appeared in hundreds of court hearings in counties throughout Western Oregon, including several jury trials and multi-day trials, and he really knows his way around the courtroom.
